Weldmar Hospicecare is an independent charity that provides specialist end-of-life care to adults in Dorset living with a life-limiting illness and supports their loved ones and carers.
Our care takes place in the comfort of patients’ own homes and at our Inpatient Unit in Dorchester.
For every £5 we spend on our care, more than £4 is funded with thanks to the support of the local community. All of our services, from nursing to counselling, are free for those who need us.
