Gael joined the Different Travel team in July 2026, although she was already a familiar face, having previously worked with us as a UK Tour Manager.

With a degree in Tourism Studies and a background in operations, sales, administration and tour management, Gael has built a wealth of experience working for specialist cruise and tour operators.

A passionate traveller, she loves discovering new places and learning about the people, culture, and traditions. Some of her favourite Different Travel experiences include watching the sunrise over Mount Everest, enjoying a homestay in a remote Nepalese mountain village, and trekking the iconic Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.

She is currently training for an exciting trek along the Great Wall of China this November.
